We are open to correction, avidly passionate about Demorrah and about those who choose TPD as their home, and our moderation team has strict guidelines on how conflicts should be handled. Worthiness without condition - You are worthy of great things, no matter the problems you've had in your life. Anyone should get a chance to become something that makes them happy.

The pit with the net - We want you safe, but we want you safe. A fluffy, muffled version of you may feel safer, what many well-meaning inclusive spaces default to, but that is the kind of safety that prevents you from growing. We are the sandpaper, with the aloe on hand. We are the raw and messy and here. The pit with the net. We will catch you, so don't be afraid to leap.

The sword is never to be turned inward - We will never be the sort of server which will attack it own members. There will be no ganging up, no tearing down. Unless what you are doing, or what you are saying, is actively harmful or unsafe, we will never make you feel small on purpose. Our blade is turned outward, toward the things in this world that do that already.

You are here. That is enough. - We reward presence, not "polish". A professional artist is worth just as much to us as a person who forgot that only one end of his pen writes (Usually). This is a place where everyone has an equal chance to thrive. Skill will never land you preferential treatment in Quest slots or staff positions, and progress will always be championed over perfection.
